The museums, outdoor markets, mountains of chocolate, and shopping makes Geneva a truly hidden gem in Switzerland. Surrounded by the Alps, the city is the definition of the “city of peace.” There are so many different things to do in Geneva so it can be hard to decide just what to see, what to do. If you can’t decide, why not head to the slopes for a skiing holiday? With resorts like La Dôle, there’s so much on offer!

Where to start in Paris? The city of love definitely lives up to all the surrounding hype. If you’re into museum hopping why not see the Mona Lisa in the morning at the Louvre then the impressionist work at the Rodin Museum in the afternoon. If you're set on sight seeing, you can climb the Eiffel Tower, walk along the Champs Elysees, admire the Notre Dame or stand under the Arc De Triomphe, there’s just so much to do. Combine this with world renowned food spots and you're onto a winner!

Whether you’re into modern architecture or historic castles, Copenhagen won’t disappoint. A city for families, friends, couples, and those travelling solo, everyone will find something to enjoy. Copenhagen is famous for its foodie scene, with plenty of local delicacies to be enjoyed. And for days out, you can visit the zoo, the aquarium, learn about Viking history at the Viking Ship Museum in nearby Roskilde or take a short trip to Bakken – the oldest amusement park in the world!

Nice is a small ancient city on the French Riviera. It’s extremely close to the Italian border and lies just in between Cannes and Monaco, making it the perfect base for day trips. Nice’s location just South of the Lingurian Alps means it enjoys a mild climate all year round. When you’re there you can walk the Promenade des Anglais, visit Castle Hill and view the whole city, listen to the midday cannon shot or simply sit back and relax and indulge in some delicious food.

Please note, as guidance for travellers to all European destinations and Guernsey may change, we recommend you keep an eye on the latest advice and information to ensure you are ready to travel.
