Changes to Aurigny Assurance
We have been offering our Aurigny Assurance scheme throughout the pandemic to enable customers to book in confidence knowing that should they need to cancel for any reason they could do this and have a voucher for the full amount or move flights without paying an administration fee. This has applied to all bookings for any travel date after 12th March 2020, until 31st October 2022. As travel is now returning to normal and restrictions are easing, this will now remain in place for all bookings made before 21st February 2022, at which point the policy will only be applicable for new bookings if government restrictions change and directly impact a customer’s travel. For flights already booked and those booked before 21st February, our Aurigny Assurance will continue to cover you up to 31st October 2022.
For those customers who are covered by the Assurance, credit voucher requests must be made at least 3 hours prior to departure. Additionally, no change of booking fees* will apply for changes to travel up to 31st October 2022 (provided the change is made at least 3 hours before departure). Aurigny Assurance Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue (travel date may be later) and may be used for any passenger on any Aurigny route.
* Any fare difference does have to be paid.
For those customers covered by our Assurance, changes for travel after 31st October 2022 will revert to the regular fare rules and change fees will apply to Light & Frequent flyer fares.
