Coronavirus – changing your travel plans

We appreciate these are exceptional times and some passengers may choose, or be obligated, to change or cancel their Aurigny flights.

On Tuesday 24th March, the States of Guernsey issued new requirements for passengers arriving in the Bailiwick. Anyone travelling to the Bailiwick of Guernsey from anywhere in the world, including the UK and Jersey will have to self-isolate for 14 days – with effect from 00:01 on Wednesday 25 March 2020.
They have also advised that only essential travel should be undertaken.

Additional guidance has been imposed on passengers arriving in the Bailiwick. Please see our Coronavirus Policy for further information.

Flight bookings before 1st June

If you have a reservation to travel on a flight to or from Guernsey on or before the 31st of May, you have the option to change your booking to a future date without incurring any change of booking fees (any fare differences will apply) or cancel your booking online and obtain a credit voucher of the fare paid along with any return flights in the same booking. For more information, please refer to our Coronavirus policy.

Flight bookings after 31st May

Aurigny confirm that we are operating as usual and have not been instructed/advised to stop operations to any of our destinations. As such normal terms and conditions continue to apply on all tickets, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or change. (Government advice, onward flight cancellation, underlying health issues, holiday cancellation etc.)

Passengers are kindly requested to make their changes/cancellations via the Aurigny website or their travel booker. Our small Reservations/Customer services team are not able to make exceptions and we respectfully request that you do not call or email to request one as our staff are currently receiving unprecedented call levels.

We would advise any affected passengers to speak with their travel insurance provider.
