Change Of Booking

Can I change my booking on-line?
Yes but only if you made your booking via www.aurigny.com, otherwise you should change it via the method you used to make the booking.You can change your booking on-line, on all our services, upto1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Please note that flights cannot be changed online after you have checked in. If you need to change a flight on which you have already checked in, please visit one of our ticket desks or contact us at:

How do I find my booking?
Click on 'My Booking' on the Aurigny.com home page and enter the Last name of the passenger and the six character Booking Reference.

How do I change my flight?
Once you have found your booking follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that:

1.
Changes made to a flight will apply to all passengers in the booking.
If you do not want to change all the passengers in the booking please call our Reservations Office on 0871 871 0717 or for outside the UK + 44 1481 822886.
2.
If you wish to change the outbound and return flights you must complete the process for changing the first flight, then repeat the process for the second flight.
3.
If you want to change your flight to a different route you must call our Reservations Office on 0871 871 0717 or for outside the UK + 44 1481 822886.
4.
If you want to change a connecting flight eg Alderney to London Gatwick via Guernsey you must call our Reservations Office on 0871 871 0717 or for outside the UK + 44 1481 822886.
5.
If you are changing a flight on which you have prepaid for a seat please note that the seat will not be transferred to your new flight. If you wish to reserve a seat you will need to select and pay again. Your original seat charge is not refundable.

How do I cancel my flight?

Cancelling a flight will apply to all passengers in the booking. If you do not want to cancel all passengers in the booking please call our Reservations Office on 0871 871 0717 or for outside the UK + 44 1481 822886.
2.
If you need to cancel the outbound and return flights you must cancel the first flight then repeat the process to cancel the second flight.
3.
If you are cancelling a connecting journey e.g. Alderney to London Gatwick via Guernsey, when you click the 'Cancel' button under the first flight this will also cancel the onward flight, but not any return flights. You have to repeat the process to cancel return flights.
4.
If the flight you are cancelling is refundable, you will be informed on screen and a refund will be credited to the card originally used to make the booking. This process can take up to 10 working days.
