Changes to Reservations
Once booked reservations may be changed up to two hours before the scheduled departure of the ticketed flight, for a change fee of £20 (per sector per passenger for each time a change of itinerary is made, whether that is the outbound or inbound flight) plus any difference in the sector fares that may be applicable. Unused tickets may not be changed after two hours before the ticketed time of departure, and return flight coupons become invalid, and reservations may be cancelled, if the outbound coupon has not been used.
Changes may be made by contacting our reservations office on 01481 822886 or at our airport offices at Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney and Southampton. Refunds
These fares are not refundable.To obtain the very best fares: 1. Try to book as far in advance of your journey as possible, as some fares are bookable a minimum of 3 weeks prior to travel. 2. Try to avoid travel just before or after a major Bank Holiday and School Holidays. 3. If you can, avoid 'peak' travel times, often Fridays and Sundays. 4. Tuesday's and Wednesdays will often offer the best advanced purchase fares. Availability
Selecting the button will only display the lowest fares available on the days you have requested, it may be possible to obtain a lower fare on a different date. If you are booking over three weeks in advance, after using the button, use the  button to search for better fares a week before and after your preferred dates.

The outbound flight will be non refundable but may be changed up to two hours before the scheduled departure time of the ticketed flight, for a change fee of £20 (for each time a change of the outbound flight is made) plus any difference in the sector fare that may be applicable. Unused outbound tickets may not be changed after two hours before the ticketed time of departure.
Return flight reservations may be changed at any time within the one year from date of issue validity , and no charges will apply. Changes may be made by contacting our reservations office on 01481 822886 or at our airport offices at Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney and Southampton. Refunds

Inbound "Flexible" flight coupons are fully refundable, however if the outbound coupon has been used there will be an administration fee of £20 to refund the return coupon. Availability
