I am unable to walk long distances - can I arrange wheelchair assistance?
Yes, if you are able to negotiate the aircraft steps, without staff assistance, a wheelchair can usually be made available if requested in advance. In the case of on-line bookings, please call Reservations on 01481 822886 without delay, in order that we may make an early note of your requirements. Please provide us with a minimum of 72 hours prior to your departure date to ensure assistance is available for you.

Should you wish to pre-book your seat on the aircraft, passengers with reduced mobility are restricted to rows 6 - 12, for health and safety reasons. If you select any other seats, you may be allocated different seats at check-in, and seat allocation fees will not be refunded.

I am confined to a chair - can I book my flight with Aurigny ?
If you are able to mount the aircraft steps unaided, please refer to the question "I am unable to walk long distances - can I arrange wheelchair assistance?" above.

Connecting Flights and unaccompanied children

Aurigny will not accept unaccompanied children aged from 6 to 11 years on flights that connect with other Aurigny flights, i.e. Manchester-Guernsey-Alderney, unless the parent/guardian is able to make their own arrangements for somebody to take responsibility and look after the minor/s whilst they are at the transit airport, and in the event of flight disruption - arrange accommodation for the minor/s at the transit point. If accompanied by an older child (brother/sister), this person has to be 16 years of age before they are allowed to take responsibility for a young person travelling.

Note: In the event of a flight diverting to an airport which was not the intended destination, it may be necessary to place Unaccompanied Minors in the care of the local Social Services Authorities should an overnight stay be required.
