Making Changes to E-Ticketed Booking for all Systems
From the 1st June 2008 you will not be able to issue an e-ticket in exchange for either a paper or e-ticket. You will need to follow the appropriate procedure below:-

E-Ticket Change to Same Booking Class
Once sectors have been changed as required you can revalidate the e-ticket. If there are any changes in fare or change fees applicable then these need to be paid for by either a VMPD or an EMPD. The VMPD or EMPD needs to be transmitted to Aurigny by an OSI entry in the booking. Failure to do so will result in an ADM.

E-Ticket Change to Different Booking Class
Once sectors have been changed as required you will need to raise a VMPD or an EMPD for the additional fare and/or change fees applicable. The VMPD or EMPD needs to be transmitted to Aurigny by an OSI entry in the booking. Failure to do so will result in an ADM. Aurigny will issue an internal e-ticket for the new flights.

Changes to Existing Paper Tickets
Once sectors have been changed as required you will need to raise a VMPD or an EMPD for the additional fare and/or change fees applicable. The VMPD or EMPD and the original paper ticket number needs to be transmitted to Aurigny by an OSI entry in the booking. If you are in possession of the original paper ticket then this must be sent along with the BSP audits to Aurigny. Should the passenger be in possession of the ticket then an OSI entry must be transmitted requesting Aurginy to uplift the coupons. Failure to do so will result in an ADM. Aurigny will issue an internal e-ticket for the new flights.
