How can I book the cheapest flights?
Check our 'quick tips' link before you start

Will I be able to change my reservation?
Yes, on payment of the appropriate fee, currently 20 per sector + any applicable uplift. To make changes, cllick on 'My Booking' on the Aurigny.com homepage and enter the Last name of the passenger and the six character Booking Reference.

Do I need to confirm my flights prior to travel date?
If you are travelling as ticketed on both outbound and return sectors there is no requirement to confirm your reservations with Aurigny.

However, if you do not travel on the outbound flight, you will need to cancel the flight on website using"My booking". This needs to be done before the OUTBOUND travel date to confirm that you still require the return flight. Failure to do so will result in the return flight being cancelled.

What is covered by Taxes, Fees and Charges?
These are Government or Airport Authority imposed charges to cover landing fees, departure taxes etc. to fund such services as airport security and maintenance. These charges are shown separately on your ticket, but are included in the advertised ticket cost.

Can I book flights without a credit card?
You must have a valid debit/credit card to book online. (Debit card charges are lower than credit cards for on-line bookings) Otherwise please call our Central Reservations 0871 8710717

How will I receive my ticket?
On completion of your on-line booking, you will receive an e-mail booking confirmation which will show your 6-digit booking reference. It is helpful, but not necessary, to show this at check-in but you will be required to show some form of photographic ID.

Is my credit card information safe?
Using your credit card to make purchases via our web site is a secure way to pay for your flights. A number of security steps are in place to give you total confidence when purchasing your flights through the internet.
All sensitive information, including personal details, as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through the use of our secure server software (SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and Aurigny, and that no third party can access this data. The padlock symbol on your browser shows which pages are covered by this security system. Also, all historical information regarding credit card details is held on a secure computer. We do not retain live records of credit card information on our web servers after the transaction has been completed. (ie you will need to enter your credit card details each time you book over the internet)

Notes: Using a credit card may give you additional protection. Under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, if you have a claim against the seller for breach of contract or misrepresentation, you may also have a claim against your credit card issuer. In addition, all the major credit card companies, and many others, are committed to the continuing development of open standards in order to further improve the security of online transactions.
