Children travelling alone can only be booked by telephone. 4. For bookings of 10 or more passengers, please telephone our groups department, or click on the request form here. 5. Passengers requiring special assistance please telephone our reservations department. 6. Failure to join your outward flight may result in the return flight being cancelled. 7. Adult is classified as 12+ years, Child is from 2 to 11 years, and an infant is 0 to 23 months.
