Can I change my booking on-line? Yes,  but only if you made your booking via www.aurigny.com, otherwise you should change it via the method you used when make the booking. You can change your booking on-line, on all our services, up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of your original flight. A change of booking fee applies to most Aurigny fares on all other routes, and on all frequent flyer Award Points flights regardless of the route. On all routes a difference in fare per flight may be applicable. Bookings that are made as connecting flights (Gatwick-Guernsey-Alderney) can not be changed into separate travelling dates. A change of booking fee will be applied if you are changing your complete booking to new dates.  If you are changing a web booking via Aurigny Reservations or ticket desks, you will be charged a higher fee. If the flight you are changing to is at a lower fare than the flight you are changing from, there will be no refund of the difference in fares. Click on 'My Booking' on the Aurigny.com home page and enter the Last name (surname) of the passenger and the six character Booking Reference. How do I change my flight? Changes made to a flight will apply to all passengers in the booking. If you do not want to change all the passengers in the booking please call our Reservations Office on UK + 44 (0) 1481 822886. If you wish to change the outbound and return flights you must complete the process for changing the first flight, then repeat the process for the second flight. If you want to change your flight to a different route you must call our Reservations Office on UK + 44 (0)1481 822886. If you want to change a connecting flight eg Alderney to London Gatwick via Guernsey you must call our Reservations Office on UK + 44 (0) 1481 822886 If you are changing a flight on which you have prepaid for a seat please note that the seat will not be transferred to your new flight. If you wish to reserve a seat you will need to select and pay again. Your original seat charge is not refundable.

How do I cancel my flight? Once you have found your booking follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that: Cancelling a flight will apply to all passengers in the booking. If you do not want to cancel all passengers in the booking please call our Reservations Office on UK + 44 (0) 1481 822886. If you need to cancel the outbound and return flights you must cancel the first flight then repeat the process to cancel the second flight. If you are cancelling a connecting journey e.g. Alderney to London Gatwick via Guernsey, when you click the 'Cancel' button under the first flight this will also cancel the onward flight, but not any return flights. You will have to repeat the process to cancel return flights. If the flight you are cancelling is refundable, you will be informed on screen and a refund will be credited to the card originally used to make the booking. This process can take up to 10 working days. If the flight you are cancelling is non-refundable, no refund will be offered.
